Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms govern use of Sifryn at https://sifryn.com, operated by Erwin Edink.
1. The service
Sifryn generates calm black-and-white PDF reports from data sources you connect (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, ads platforms and commerce tools) and delivers them to your e-reader by email or a personal report link.
2. Account
You sign in with Google. You must have the right to connect any account or shop you link. You are responsible for keeping your report link secret and for revoking access when you no longer want Sifryn to read your data.
3. Permissions
We request read-oriented permissions needed to build reports. We do not modify your Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify or other source data except where a connection inherently requires a write scope you explicitly approve (if any).
4. Acceptable use
- Use Sifryn only for lawful purposes and for accounts you control or are authorized to access.
- Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or overload infrastructure.
- Do not resell access to Sifryn without our written permission.
5. Pricing
Sifryn may offer a free trial and paid plans. Pricing and features may change; we will communicate material changes on the site or by email.
6. Availability and accuracy
Reports depend on third-party APIs (Google and others). Data can be delayed or incomplete. We provide the service “as is” without warranty that numbers are always complete or uninterrupted.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sifryn and Erwin Edink are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions you make based on reports. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or €0 during a free trial).
8. Termination
You may stop using Sifryn at any time and disconnect providers. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. For account deletion, contact privacy@sifryn.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
